Hank’s is the go-to steakhouse for Henderson, serving a generous portion of elegance along with the prime steaks -- literally and otherwise.
There are indeed USDA prime steaks on this menu, as classic bone-in and boneless cuts, and in shareable choices such as a 20-ounce Chateaubriand and 30-ounce tomahawk, but there also are certified Japanese A5 ribeyes and carpaccio and American wagyu prime rib.
Grass-fed filet mignons are available, as well as prime filet mignons, ribeyes, Kansas City and New York strips and T-bones. American bison ribeyes are another option.
And you can get any of them au poivre or Oscar-style or with a Gorgonzola crust or accompanying King crab legs. Classic steakhouse sides include creamed corn, creamed, steamed or sauteed spinach and more.
You’re at a steakhouse but not in a mood for a steak? Lamb, veal and chicken round out the menu, along with a variety of seafood. But be sure to save room for dessert; the tableside bananas Foster with sour cream ice cream is not to be missed.
