Ethel M Chocolate Factory

Inspired by the kitchen of Ethel Mars (dating back to 1910), Forrest Mars Sr. created Ethel M Chocolates in his mother’s honor, and opened the factory in Southern Nevada. You’ll find Ethel M Chocolate retail outlets throughout the valley, packed with their fresh-crafted, gourmet chocolates. But the company’s Chocolate Factory & Cactus Garden takes it to another level. There, you’ll learn how Ethel M Chocolates are made in small batches, with no artificial preservatives, during a self-guided factory tour. After the tour, the Cactus Garden Café offers beverages for purchase to pair with those sweet treats. And the gourmet gift shop has an array of chocolates for gifts, or indulging on-site.

Dayna Roselli (Journalist, Social Media Guru, Las Vegas lover) says, “Visiting the main store and factory is a fun experience in itself. There are a lot of varieties here too. They have everything from pecan brittle to chocolate-dipped cherries. It’s a great place to pick up some gifts.” In fact, it was overwhelming recommended by those in the F&B industry asked to name their favorite chocolate shop. Classic flavors, liqueur-filled, dark, light and crème-filled as just some of the choices.
