Pizza Rock (Multiple Locations)

When we survey local F&B pros about their favorite pizza spots, Pizza Rock is mentioned time and time again. And while the Downtown Las Vegas location tends to get most of the attention, this spot in the Green Valley Ranch resort provides all of the great culinary options, and most of the touristy glitz, with a focus on serving the Henderson community.

It's located just off the casino floor. Once inside you can’t miss the full-size 1964 Peterbilt long-haul truck extending from the bar into the dining room, with chandelier-lit tables built into the cargo area. There's also a table with a roulette wheel in the center, which is unique to this location.

13-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani is an icon in the pizza world and his talents are evident in the multiple styles represented here: Napoletana, Romana, New York, Chicago cracker thin, California, Detroit, classic Italian, American, Sicilian and gluten-free—cooked on nine ovens fired at temperatures ranging from 500° to 900°. Several of his award-winning pies appear on the menu, like the International Pizza Championships Gold Cup winning La Regina (soppressata, prosciutto di Parma, arugula and Parmigiano-Reggiano) and World Pizza Cup winner Margherita (San Marzano tomato, mozzarella fior di latte, basil, EVOO and sea salt).

Complementing the world-class pizza is an extensive craft beer menu that includes several local brews. And the Monday thorugh Thursday Happy Hour offers discounted ways to sample the menu.
