Slater’s 50/50

The Southern California-based Slater’s 50/50 is known for over-the-top bacon-infused burgers and craft beer. It opened its first Vegas location in 2018, as a non-smoking, non-gaming concept suitable for anyone in your family.

Beer is definitely one of the stars here, with 50 taps pouring quality craft beer options, including several local brews. A nice idea is the beer flight, allowing you to pick four beers, and 4-5 oz pours of each. With this many drafts, you’d expect there to be a beer for nearly every taste. And such is the case, with a broad range representing all major beer styles and some harder to find ones like Belgian tripel and strong ale.

As for the food, menu mainstays include the Original 50/50 made with a 50/50 blend of ground beef and bacon topped with pepper jack cheese, avocado, fried egg and chipotle mayo. There’s also a bevy of non-burger choices like flatbreads, loaded fries and over-the-top milkshakes
