The kitchen is led by Elia Aboumrad-Page, the first female sous chef under Joel Robuchon, who actually has a version of her mentor's famous French-style mashed potatoes on the menu. A lineup of daily specials range from a meatloaf "TV Dinner" combo on Mondays to squid ink pasta on Sundays.
