Boom Bang Fine Foods is an inspired addition to Henderson's dining scene, featuring comfort food favorites reimagined with exceptional ingredients and elevated recipes. The kitchen is led by Elia Aboumrad-Page, the first female sous chef under Joel Robuchon, who actually has a version of her mentor's famous French-style mashed potatoes on the menu.
