Bronze Cafe
Fast-casual meets healthy at Bronze Cafe. This Summerlin-adjacent café’s salads, sandwiches (“sammiches”) and sweets have gained it a loyal following over the years. Originally located in Downtown Las Vegas, they headed to the ‘burbs in 2019, taking their loyal crowd with them.
Focusing on “fit-friendly” eats, the menu features a large vegan section. Among the offerings, the popular David's Special is a massive salad featuring shredded kale massaged with house-made lemon vinaigrette alongside roasted beets, curried quinoa, herbed garlic chickpeas, avocado, carrots and a smattering of hemp seeds. And popular sandwiches include the Vegucated Order: a ciabatta stuffed with vegan soy bacon strips, house-made soy “bacon” jam, vegan deli slices, avocado, Arcadia greens, tomato, cucumber and house-made basil aioli and lemon vinaigrette.
Carnivores are not ignored here, however. They’re certain to love the Bacon Chicken Chop Chop salad, and the What What sandwich, made with turkey, pepperoni, Arcadia greens, basil aioli, oregano vinaigrette, tomato and red onion.
When it comes to desserts, they’ve got a full pastry case of all-vegan sweets -- many of which are also gluten-free.
