The Cantina by El Dorado (Multiple Locations)
The smallest of El Dorado Cantina’s three valley locations features a slightly abbreviated two-page menu and fewer high-end spirits, which might explain why the name on the marquee is a little different from the other locations. But you’ll still find a nice selection of enchiladas, tacos, burritos, fajitas and more. And they uphold the El Dorado tradition of using organic and non-GMO products whenever possible, and cooking with olive oil of wagyu beef tallow instead of cheaper seed oils Most importantly: the food is just as good.
The space, in the back of a large office park sandwiched between Sunset Road and I-215, was previously home to a video poker bar. But they’ve done a great job of redecorating both the cozy dining room and the small bar area with the same touches that we love in the larger location. So expect skulls decorated for the day of the dead, plush red velvet, butterfly light fixtures and a LOT of red roses. It’s also the only El Dorado with video poker – for those in the mood to chase a royal flush.
Fans of the chain include content creators Lindsay Stewart (@thelasvegasfoodie) and Emily Romero (@eatmelasvegas), journalist Melinda Sheckells and Chef James Trees, all of whom listed it as one of their favorite Mexican spots.
