The Juice Box
There are plenty of juice bars in Las Vegas. The Juice Box stands out because the environmentally-conscious shop goes beyond raw, cold-pressed juices. It also serves healthy eats, thanks to a partnership with two meal prep companies: Heirloom and the vegan and gluten-free Miss Mylk.
Dining options span breakfast, salads, toasts, lunch and dinner, with sides. You’ll find bowls (açai, ube and pitaya and tropical blue), whole fruit smoothies (with numerous milks for the base), milkshakes, wellness shots and coffee. The beverages here have a musical theme, with options the Brass Monkey (banana, mango, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and peanut butter) Hot Stuff Baby (lime, alkaline water, mango, habanero pepper and raw sugar) and Here Comes The Sun (orange, strawberry, carrot and pineapple). And for dessert, The Juice Box serves vegan ice cream from locals favorite Paradise City Creamery, as well as vegan cookies and scones from Cupcave and mochi-filled cookies from Hooky Cookie.
