This multi-faceted eatery at the Forum Shops at Caesars was a big winner in the Japanese Sushi and Japanese Robata categories thanks to a fan base that includes management and marketing consultant Tom Wszalek (for its sushi) and longtime Review Journal food writer Heidi Rinella (for its robata).

Sashimi and sushi are standouts here, with 13 rolls to choose from and 15 sashimi options, or you can leave the decision in the chef’s hands by ordering the chef’s choice of 7-piece nigiri and hand roll.

The robata grill offers skewers complemented with sauces, including lamb chop with soy garlic sauce, Chilean seabass with yakitori sauce, bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp with chili garlic sauce and American wagyu beef with black pepper sauce.

Other hot entrees feature jidori chicken, teriyaki grilled salmon, Chilean seabass with truffle miso and filet mignon Japonais.
