Caspian's, in the former Cleopatra’s Barge in Caesars Palace, is not only a cool destination for live music, but also a luxury caviar experience — in plain view or hidden away in a speakeasy setting.

The speakeasy, with a secret behind-the-portrait entrance, is large and spacious by speakeasy terms, and elegant with ample seating for the stage at front and center (Sammy Hagar performed at the grand opening). You’ll quickly forget that you’re inside a large casino resort.

Food and cocktail highlights include caviar paired with Pringles (bet you can’t eat just one), caviar and crab tacos, deviled eggs with caviar, potato latkes with caviar, mini Maine lobster rolls with caviar and the cocktails “Fig”ure of Your Imagination and Feet in the Sand.
