Wally's
If you spend a lot of time in Beverly Hills, you already know Wally’s as the preferred wine store of the rich and famous (although they pride themselves on having wine by the glass in every price range). What our experts have quickly discovered is that the Las Vegas version is also an excellent restaurant.
Executive chef Eric Lhuillier puts his French spin on a menu that goes far beyond the perfect executions of obvious pairings such like caviar and charcuterie and cheese. Brunch, offered daily, elevates comfort-foods like burgers, wood-fired pizzas, eggs Benedict and steak frites with top-notch ingredients and creative flourishes. Come dinnertime, you’ll have your choice of premium steak and fish entrees. And then there’s the famed Hundred Dollar Chicken.
“The French brasserie dish meets Vegas decadence in this over-the-top poultry dish featuring a ton of truffle and a delicious crispy skin,” blogger/Instagrammer Philip Tzeng (@lasvegasfill) raves of that big-ticket item.
Of course, if you did come for the wine, they’ll gladly send a few bottles (or cases) up to your room, or back to your home.
