Famous Foods
Resorts Worlds’ website calls Famous Foods Strret Eats “a curated collection of pan-Asian eateries mixed with crave-able concepts by award-winning chefs from around the globe.” That’s an elegant way of saying you can get a burger or fish ‘n chips, in addition to a Claypot Rice, Shandon Dumpling or Char Kuey Teow.
Famous Foods’ 19 stands include items from The Philippines, Vietnam, China, Japan, and other Asian spots, mixed with classic western fare like Nashville-style hot Chicken, burgers, and barbecue. Or you can find a transcontinental mashup like Fuhu Shack’s Peking Duck Burritos. Many stands face the Center Hall, which has a unique “pour your own” system, offering a rotating list of beers, wines and cocktails – all on tap.
Neon Feast’s Rich Johnson says, “The central kiosk ordering system is convenient and transparent, with prices clearly visible. You enter a room number or credit card, your phone number, and your Genting Rewards number. (Yes, you’ll get points for ordering food!)”
One note: Not every stand is open all the time. But there’s always a diverse selection available.
