Proper Eats Food Hall

$ $

Whether you’re in the mood for NY-style breakfast sandwiches, Korean fried chicken from a UK celebrity chef, a slice pizza from one of Las Vegas’ top DJs, or a secret speakeasy behind a donut shop, Proper Eats has you covered.

On the second floor of the Aria Resort & Casino, near the Harmon valet, Aria’s take on the red-hot food hall trend is a diverse collection of eats and drinks from a mix of out-of-town imports and Vegas-born concepts. They include Easy Donuts & Coffee (with its “secret” speakeasy, Easy’s), NYC import Egghead, the ramen spot Laughing Buddha, a home-grown burger place called Lola’s, Steve Aoiki’s Pizzaoki, Chef Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird, Portland’s Shalom Y’All, the sushi spot Temaki Bar and an outpost of L.A.’s famed Wexler’s Deli.

With an open seating style offering intentional spaces for different vibes, it is a great atmosphere for a bite on the go or for groups who go "for the variety," according to local media personality Dayna Roselli.

Local food writer Hiedi Rinella also loves Proper Eats, calling it "the best food hall [in Las Vegas]."
