Aria Patisserie
A French celebrity chef who asked to remain anonymous (perhaps so as not to offend those he didn't recommend) is among the experts enamored with Aria Patisserie, a pastry shop and cafe whose 24/7 schedule has made it a must-stop even after a sporting event or concert.
If you’re stopping in for breakfast you can indulge in a sausage-egg-cheese breakfast sandwich, fresh pineapple with berries, omelet or crepe. Sandwiches and hot and cold salads are on the menu later in the day, and at any time you can choose a croissant, cookie, scoop of gelato or box of chocolates, or order a cake for that special occasion, including one themed to the Las Vegas Raiders or Vegas Golden Knights.
Aria Patisserie also is known for creating show-stopping display pieces, such as chocolate models of Raiders or Golden Knights players, or the life-sized gingerbread house displayed in the lobby during a recent holiday season.
