Fans of José Andrés have a seventh restaurant to add to their Las Vegas rotation: Bazaar Mar. This vibrant spot highlights many of the Spanish chef's beloved staples-cones, tacos (iykyk), and, naturally, Jamón Ibérico.

Although it's tucked inside The Shops at Crystals and its open setting offers glimpses into the shopping center, the restaurant's eclectic and warm energy quickly transports you elsewhere. Once you're seated, the mall quickly fades into the background as the focus shifts to the inventive, seafood-forward tapas.

Most dishes are served as small plates. If the choices are too overwhelming, tasting menus make it easy to sample a wide array of flavors. One must-try is a whole fish, which can be prepared several ways, including fried, fire-grilled, baked in sea salt, or as sashimi. For dessert, TikToker Emmy Kasten (@frogpurse) recommends the key lime beach—a deconstructed take on a key lime pie— featuring an adorable graham cracker sandcastle, white chocolate starfish, and "lime air".
