Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen

Located in front of Caesars Palace, fiery chef Gordon Ramsay’s most popular TV show comes to life in the restaurant that bears his name. Part of the fun dining at Hell’s Kitchen is feeling like you’re on the set of the show, as the dining room is an exact replica of the TV show set with an open kitchen under bright lights illuminating two teams of chefs wearing the exact uniforms from the show — red and blue jackets with coordinating bandanas.

The food is also inspired by the show, with a menu including some of Ramsay’s greatest hits: Beef Wellington wrapped in puff pastry served with potato puree and red wine demi-glace; Pan Seared Scallops with braised bacon lardons; the dish he most commonly chastises chefs on the show for not making properly — Risotto (which in this case is enhanced with butter-poached lobster); and Ramsay’s signature Sticky Toffee Pudding, which comes with dulce de leche ice cream.
