Mott 32

Mott 32 in the Palazzo is one of the top places in town for a luxury Chinese dining experience, with a menu packed with favorites from Canton, Shanghai and Beijing. And the Peking duck alone makes it worth a dinnertime visit. And yet, what really impresses many of our experts is the fabulous a la carte dim sum brunch on weekends, which offers the Asian small plates in a fun nightlife atmosphere that is a match made in heaven (without being over the top).

New dim sum brunch menu standouts include the shredded Peking duck salad with truffle dressing, hot and sour seafood soup dumplings, crab roe siu mai, scallop seafood dumpling with caviar, stir fried lo mein noodles, crabmeat and corn soup and the signature 42-day, apple wood-roasted Peking duck “Mott 32 Cut.”

The desserts are light and inventive amid the dark and atmospheric décor of Mott 32. The colorful cocktails are also wonderful, and even beautiful (as are the roaming performers). One of the best Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas – for those OK with loosening the budget – just got better with the addition of dim sum brunch.

Pro tip: Look up to the sky (OK, the ceiling) in the front-entrance lounge for the caged performers.
