Veranda
Located within the Mandalay Bay tower, the ultra-luxury Four Seasons Las Vegas is home to the iconic Veranda restaurant. Open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, and dinner Wednesdays through Sundays, its menus feature elevated comfort food classics.
Veranda is also home to a Saturday afternoon tea service and a Saturday and Sunday brunch buffet that’s been a tradition since 1999. It’s that buffet, a favorite of local journalist JJ Snyder, that scored the restaurant a place on this app as one of the best brunch spots in Las Vegas.
Priced at $55 for adults and $27 for kids, the buffet offers a wide variety of options to enjoy in the spacious dining room or on the outdoor poolside patio. Omelets are made fresh to order, as are mini-doughnuts topped with your choice of sweets. But the real treats are on the multiple buffet lines.
On a recent visit, the buffet featured Chilean sea bass, shrimp shumai, jerk chicken bao, egg white frittata, kimchi frittata, shortrib hash, corned beef hash sliders, breakfast cassoulet, French toast, cheese blintzes, hash browns, marbled sea salt potatoes and multiple types of sausage and bacon. And both food and service lived up to the Four Seasons' luxurious reputation.
Fancy some day drinking? Add bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys for an additional $44.
