The Stove

The Stove has broken the curse, becoming an enduring fixture in a second-floor Seven Hills space that previously saw a rotating door of restaurants come and go. The location has views of the Strip, but also a quirky, whimsical dining room, which is one of the reasons entertainment journalist Stacey Gualandi named The Stove one of her favorite spots for a high-energy party brunch.

The champagne and sparkling wine flows with little fuss during breakfast and brunch, served all week long. The dishes are playful, whether it's a choice of pancakes or waffles with a tableside Bananas Foster spin or a Lobster Benedict, stacked with purpose on a Hawaiian roll. The social energy is undeniable and it's a great place for birthdays and girl bonding. You can even order a full sprinkled celebration cake off the desert menu. Seafood towers are served on weekends and if you party too hard, return the next day for the Hangover Heaven Burger, topped with spicy cheddar cheese.
