Chyna Club

With its bright drawing room ambiance and elegance, Chyna Club has quickly gained fans in the local foodie community. National food writer Andy Wang listed the Fontainebleau Las Vegas restaurant as one of his favorite openings of 2024, and longtime Las Vegas writer Don Chareunsy (@dchareunsy) concurs wholeheartedly, noting that the new-ish Fontainebleau really shines with its culinary options.

“It doesn't feel like a Chinese restaurant until the food comes, but it’s awesome. The duck is arguably the best in the city, and they offer a great menu for both date nights and groups, although group dining is way better,” says Philip Tzeng (@LasVegasFill).

Duck carved tableside, for pancakes with accompaniments as well as other standout dishes, is the star menu item at Chyna Club. And the Peking Duck Tasting Menu is a worthy selection.

Why is Chyna spelled with a “y”? To be different and stand out, a manager said.

Pro tip: It’s probably safe to trust the opinion of three Asian journalists on this stellar Asian restaurant! And this resort offers valet validation when you dine in any of their restaurant collection.
