Washing Potato

Vegas Prime Magazine Editor-in-Chief Don Chareunsy loved Washing Potato at Fontainebleau Las Vegas: “One of my favorite dim sum experiences ever. Elevated and vibe dining, and I liked the latter, a rarity!”

Chareunsy said the Asian smorgasbord of small plates was solid from start to finish: wasabi prawns, scallop shumai, lotus leaf rice, chicken feet, curry cuddle fish, crispy yuba prawn cheung fun, braised beef brisket noodle soup, roast duck, house-made coconut, banana bourbon and mango-passionfruit ice cream and sesame balls.

Neon Feast guru Al Mancini said, “The sleek modern interior and theatrical lighting seem almost too cool for a place with food this good – which includes one of the best dim sum selections on The Strip and surprisingly affordable duck preparations that rival those in its formal big-sister restaurant around the corner, Chyna Club.”

Pro tip: You might find yourself dancing in your seat to the fun restaurant soundtrack, and that’s OK.
