Toasted Gastrobrunch (Multiple Locations)
Looking for a bottomless mimosa brunch on a weekday? In the ‘burbs? Don’t worry -- Chef Sami Ladeki has you covered.
Ladeki’s Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza chain is a Las Vegas institution. So many were shocked to see him convert the West Flamingo Road location into a Toasted (in the midst of the pandemic, no less). But the response was so overwhelmingly positive that he quickly made the switch at his Arroyo Crossing location as well.
Toasted is open for breakfast and brunch only, Wednesdays through Sundays. The menu offers plenty of morning classics, in both traditional and innovative forms. You can get a French omelet (Boursin cheese, potatoes and roasted tomatoes), a breakfast Sammy (scrambled eggs, cheddar, smoked turkey and bacon on brioche), seven varieties of pancakes or one of four styles of French Toast. The house specialties, however, are the five different Benedicts and a Middle Eastern dish known as kanafee (toasted brioche piled high with ricotta, mozzarella, coconut, pistachios, shredded phylo and orange blossom syrup).
Wash it down with a signature cocktail, prosecco or glass of wine. Or try one of three bloody Marys, eight coffees, three Bellinis and five mimosas. And yes, you can go bottomless on the latter!
