BOA Steakhouse

BOA Steakhouse Las Vegas is back from the dead. Fourteen years after closing at the Forum Shops at Caesars, the restaurant was revived at the Grand Canal Shoppes. The new version is better than ever, completely remodeled with layered ceilings, sectioned dining rooms, residential-style bookshelves, and warm wood tones.

Longtime fans will remember dishes like goat cheese baklava (an appetizer, not a dessert) and the Caesar salad, prepared tableside with an ambitious kick of Tabasco. But really, you're here for the steaks, and BOA delivers in all departments. The menu keeps it simple, focusing on multiple cuts of filets, ribeyes and New York Strips, while offering premium Japanese A5 wagyu cuts by the ounce.

While BOA isn't as "vibe dining" as it used to be, it still caters to large groups with the Westholme Trio (a mix of steaks designed to share) and the option for an omakase-style personalized tasting menu based on preference and price. Just remember to order the creamed corn, presented with a "creme brulee-style crunch" on the side, and save room at the end for the house-baked cookies.

BOA's return has excited local foodies, with content creator Lindsey Stewart (@TheLasVegasFoodie) naming it her favorite opening of 2025, and a well-known caviar importer telling us it's his favorite place in Las Vegas for a big splurge.
