Eiffel Tower
Located within the Paris Las Vegas tower for which it’s named, this restaurant is renowned for having one of the best views in town of both the Vegas Strip and the Fountains of Bellagio across the street. So it's no wonder longtime Review-Journal restaurant writer Heidi Rinella, Vital Vegas Founder Scott Roeben and Las Vegas Advisor Publisher Anthony Curtis were among the many to recommend it for a breathtaking view. It may also explain why more couples get engaged here than anywhere else in Las Vegas.
Yet the menu of famed Chef Jean Joho, featuring classic French cuisine with elegant presentation, is as jaw-dropping, and as celebrated, as the sights. The signature dishes are the beef Wellington, whole Dover sole and roasted rack of lamb. But refined appetizers such as cold foie gras torchon with duck prosciutto and fig compote, Royal Osetra and Golden Osetra Caviar and slow-cooked seared octopus with French green lentils and sauce rouille are not to be missed. Among the exquisite desserts are soufflés in variations of Valrhona chocolate, classic Grand Marnier, Sicilian pistachio and pumpkin.
Other highlights include caviar service, weekend prix fixe brunch, and a wine list boasting more than 1,400 labels.
