Jackson’s Bar & Grill
Self-proclaimed “Fuku Burger dude” Colin Fukunaga (founder and owner of the Las Vegas restaurants of that name) says Jackson’s Bar & Grill is a great place to go for an after-midnight meal. Specifically, Fukunaga said, the one-pound ribeye steak and eggs.
This family-owned operation that was named for the owner’s infant nephew is open 24/7, and makes the case that it’s “not some stuffy, corporate bar or a sticky dive bar ... but where you go to kick back after a long day of responsibility.”
That never-frozen ribeye, also available with potato, was just $20 when we last checked. And the menu is loaded with other values, like the one-pound Beefhemoth Dip (top round with Swiss and a “tanker” of jus). Familiar burgers, wings and quesadillas pepper the menu. But if you’re looking for something different, consider the Fireball Glazed Chicken, which actually is made with the whisky.
Beyond the steak and eggs, other breakfast selections include corned beef hash, chicken-fried steak and an eggs and sausage skillet.
