Marigold Fine Indian Cuisine

This is one that definitely flies under the radar, according to Branden Powers, the Wizard of BadAssery at Golden Tiki and Evel Pie.

Marigold’s owners, who have 15 years of experience in Indian restaurants, are up-front that this is “fine Indian food with an American touch.” That’s interpreted in numerous ways, such as the 12 varieties of naan -- from the familiar butter naan, garlic naan and spicy chili naan to spicy chili-garlic naan and puri (a crispy and puffy bread). Chicken dishes include the familiar butter chicken and traditional curry as well as mint curry and with a mango-ginger sauce. Chicken, shrimp, paneer and lamb tandoori dishes are also served, as well as a platter of chicken, fish, shrimp, chicken tikka and a chicken kabob. The menu also includes seven goat dishes, seafood, soups, salads, rice, biryani and a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
