A few short years ago, the stretch of Interstate 215 near Durango Drive and Sunset, where the highway takes a sharp turn, was mostly known for the IKEA nestled inside the curve. In late 2023, however, the UnCommons development opened, followed by Station Casinos' Durango resort just a few months later.
