La Luna Tea & Dessert Bar

Pretty much any coffee, tea or related beverage you can imagine is served at La Luna Tea & Dessert Bar, from your standard Americano, espresso or latte to teas topped with cheese foam, frappes, fruit teas and amazing selections of milk teas and slushes.

Food-wise, there are some savory choices – the restaurant’s name notwithstanding – such as smoked salmon toast, flammkuchen and several panini.

But the desserts are what shine here, with many of them threatening to break Instagram. There are the simpler choices, such as Puppy Mousse, (just like it sounds -- chocolate mousse in the shape of a snoozing pup) and Fluffy Honey Toast, with its cloud of cotton candy. Others are nearly out-of-this-world visually. Those include Sweet Bath Time (a “cheese wedge” of chocolate fondant topped by an adorable mouse and accompanying bathtub filled with sweet dip), lemon mousse that fills a lemon-shaped white chocolate shell, and the Matchamisu Box (a matcha-tiramisu hybrid served in a “magic box”).
