Fukuburger (Multiple Locations)

Food blogger Philip Tzeng is among the fans of Fukuburger, noting that the spot that started as a food truck, evolved into a brick-and-mortar and now is both has a new Big B's brisket burger that “was the best one I've had recently.”

But you could always go with an original Fukuburger, which is a beef Fukupatty with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and a drizzle of wasabi mayo and Fuku sauce; the Kinoko, in which the patty is topped with grilled shiitake mushrooms, pickled red ginger, teriyaki and wasabi mayo; or the Tamago, the burger topped with a runny fried egg, furikake, crispy onion strings, teriyaki and wasabi mayo.

Those not feeling a burger vibe can opt for the chicken katsu sandwich or a hot link with grilled kimchi, daikon relish, wasabi mayo and habanero kabayaki topped with shredded nori.

Jazz Fries are garlicky and topped with brown gravy and crack sauce, and Fuki Fries have togarashi garlic salt and crack sauce.
