The Buffet at Wynn
$ $The buffet pick of several of those surveyed, including Fuku Burger owner Colin Fukunaga and food writer Andy Wang, this is one of the city’s largest with 16 food kitchens and more than 100 dishes, served in a bright and airy environment. To ensure the freshest selections, food is prepared in small-batch quantities, and many dishes are prepared to order and stations serve individually plated dishes.
As with all of the Wynn’s restaurants, there are numerous vegan and vegetarian selections. Popular offerings include pork or beef ribs and dry-rubbed rotisserie chicken at the barbeque station, lasagna alla Bolognese and potato gnocchi with Littleneck clams at the Southern Italian station and the made-to-order crepes with peach, strawberry, mixed berry, banana and Nutella choices for fillings at the dessert station. Newly added are an eggs Benedict station (with lobster, smoked salmon lox and corncake and spinach options) and Latin Street Food station (with carne asada, chicken mole tamales and Mexican street corn).
