Vintner Grill
When we asked longtime local journalist Dayna Roselli where she goes for special occasions, she offered two longstanding local landmarks: Top of the World at The Strat, and this lively Summerlin bistro.
“I go here often for a nice dinner (on) holidays, special occasions,” says Roselli, who currently co-hosts the Vegas Revealed podcast. She went on to note the “great staff” and “gorgeous patio,” as well as a pair of her favorite dishes: a grilled octopus appetizer and the pasta Bolognese.
She’s just one of the countless local power brokers who have been coming here for working lunches, formal dinners, date nights and family celebrations for over 15 years. They come for Vintner’s menu of American dishes infused with the flavors of Spain, France and Italy, and the casual elegance of the bistro's compelling architecture and modern décor. The restaurant maintains an extensive wine list with more than 400 labels from 10 countries. And as Roselli noted, there’s a beautifully appointed patio featuring two illuminated cabanas for dining al fresco when the weather is nice.
Newcomers might be surprised to find an active gaming bar in the lush, well-appointed lounge.
