Vic & Anthony’s Las Vegas
While the are several Vic & Anthony’s located across the country, it seems unfair to use the word “chain” in the same sentence as the outpost in the Golden Nugget on Fremont Street. The fine dining steakhouse brand was created from scratch by the Golden Nugget’s owner Tilman Fertitta and his father Vic, and has been repeatedly honored by Wine Spectator and the users of Open Table. It’s also a favorite of Vegas Test Kitchen creator Jolene Mannina and Vital Vegas founder Scott Roeben.
The classic steakhouse experience transcends time with its dark wood interior and old-school service. It boasts one of the most extensive wine lists in the city, and a bar staff at the ready to mix your favorite traditional cocktails. Then there are the steaks.
The menu offers USDA prime Midwest grain-fed beef with filet mignon, prime New York strip, prime ribeye and prime bone-in ribeye. Japanese wagyu beef is also on the menu, as Vic & Anthony’s is among an extremely select group of restaurants to offer certified Kobe. Other entrées include fresh seafood, lamb chop and chicken.
