Born And Raised (Multiple Locations)
The newest of Born and Raised’s four locations also feels like the largest, thanks in part to a spacious layout that separates the lounge and bar areas, and a roomy second-floor outdoor patio.
Like all the locations in this mini-chain, which was founded by locals for locals, it was built with sports viewing in mind. So the lounge holds more than enough screens to air as many games as the crowd is interested in watching from its oversized booths. But local teams always receive priority, of course. The bar area combines communal high-tops with a few stand-alone tables. And the patio has a large firepit.
Selected by KNPR's Lorraine Blanco Moss as a favorite gaming bar with great food, the menu offers an assortment of shareable bar bites. They include wings, quesadilla, steak poutine, tacos, nachos, fried zucchini, as well as a dozen varieties of sliders and burgers, and an assortment of salads, wraps and bowls. And breakfasts, available from midnight to noon on weekdays, and until 3 p.m. on weekends, includes a nice variety of savory and sweet dishes.
