Created by a social media influencer who had grown tired of blowing up other people’s brands, Sorry, Not Sorry ice cream is a Las Vegas original that’s grown from a single shop to five locations in Las Vegas and California, in just a few short years.

Sure, the online marketing of co-founder Drew Belcher (@unlokt) probably helped. And Vegas’ triple-digit summer heat probably didn’t hurt. But in the end, Sorry No Sorry’s success boils down to a high-quality product, creative flavors, and a team that knows the marketplace.

Sorry, Not Sorry creates its sublime collection of ice cream flavors from the milk of grass-fed, hormone-free, antibiotic-free cows on a 111-year-old California dairy farm, and packs them with fun add-ons, including house-made cakes, cookies, brownies, caramels and swirls. Sixteen of those flavors are offered year-round, including Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble, Ube Honeycomb, Salted Pistachio Brittle and a creation called Campfire S’Mores that Neon Feast’s Al Mancini calls “simultaneously the ugliest, and the most delicious flavor of ice cream I’ve ever encountered.” Five seasonal flavors are rotated through the lineup quarterly. And there are always a handful of vegan options.
