Mojave Brewing Company
Situated in an old Bank of America building in the burgeoning Henderson Water Street District, a piece of history can be found in the Founders Room, built within the bank’s still intact vault.
Some of the more popular brews are the Shotgun Wedding (a blonde ale with raspberries and a bit of heat from added Serrano peppers) and Point Break (a West Coast IPA loaded with hop flavor, aroma and bitterness). A huge beer recently unveiled was the Ain't Nothin To F#ck With Imperial Stout, which at 17% ABV is one of the highest alcohol beers ever brewed in Nevada. In addition to the unique beers, Mojave is the only cider maker in Southern Nevada, and always has a handful of the gluten-free fermented apple juice options on tap, such as the Ruby SoHo Grapefruit Cider.
While there is no kitchen, food trucks are frequently scheduled and guests are encouraged to bring in food from their favorite Water Street restaurants (with several just steps or a few minutes away), and most will deliver right to your table in the Mojave tasting room.
