Texas De Brazil

Texas De Brazil combines a Brazilian steakhouse with the bold attitude and hospitality of Texas. All of the meats are cooked the gaucho way -- over an open flame with natural wood charcoal. Top Chef alumna and Brazilian native Carla Pellegrino says that “It brings me right back to my childhood,” adding that as an adult she can now also enjoy the “great Caipirinhas.” Dayna Roselli (journalist, social media guru, Las Vegas lover), says she visits Texas de Brazil for its “great salad bar and wide variety of meats.”

“Salad bar” is honestly too small of a phrase to describe the salad area, which offers seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie and imported cheeses. The rodizio-style dining brings servers with skewers of freshly grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage carved directly onto the dinner plate.

Authentic side dishes of garlic mashed potatoes, Brazilian cheese bread, and sweet fried bananas will also be served. Pair the meal with an award-winning collection of wines or traditional Brazilian bar creations and, finish the meal with a selection of decadent à la carte desserts.
