Via Brasil Steakhouse
Via Brasil Steakhouse entices with traditional Brazilian cuisine. As a rodizio-style churrascaria steakhouse, it specializes in meats on skewers, cut at the table by servers. There are over 21 grilled rotisserie types of meat during dinner, including prime rib, top sirloin, flank steak, lamb, pork, ham, chicken, seafood and turkey.
Yet it’s not only about the meats. The gourmet appetizer/salad bar features over 40 hot and cold sides made from scratch. And an assortment of bread is served at the table (including the signature Brazilian cheese rolls, Pao De Quejo), along with fried bananas and mashed potatoes. Saturday and Sunday brunch accompanies the usual meats with various egg preparations, including Benedicts and omelets. Believe it or not, the place is also has plentiful vegetarian option, and they’re happy to accommodate gluten-free guests.
