Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar
Dom DeMarco’s is a descendent of the famous DiFara Pizza in Brooklyn. And that New York pedigree shows in pies like the DiFara Special, a simple rendition in which the sauce is topped with mozzarella, pepperoni, Grana Padano and basil.
There are of course more elaborate preparations, like the Big Apple (which adds pepperoni, ham, sausage and meatballs to the basics of San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil) or the Mushroom White Truffle (in which the mushrooms and fontina are anointed in white truffle oil, with garlic and arugula). All of them come in small, large, half square and full square, and of course the make-your-own option is a popular choice. Keto-friendly gluten-free crust is available, too.
Pizza-lovers can whet their appetites with eggplant pizzettes or the ever-popular garlic knots, and pizza-haters – or those who just aren’t in the mood – can choose pasta dishes such as Tagliatelle Bolognese or the Signature Mac, in which penne pasta is tossed with Vermont cheddar, Grana Padano, mozzarella and garlic bread crumbs, or an entree such as braised pork shank or blackened salmon.
