Bajamar Seafood & Tacos (Multiple Locations)

Las Vegans have two options for the seafood-focused Mexican bites of Bajamar: a strip mall location on Blue Diamond Road near Mountain's Edge and the original, just north of the Strip on Las Vegas Boulevard. Either way, you're getting some incredibly fresh ingredients – fish, shrimp and octopus – stuffed inside tacos, burritos and other forms of south-of-the-border street food. The "carnitas" are actually smoked tuna, and everything's made to order, including individually portioned soups.
