Celebrity chef David Chang’s Fuku began with an off-menu fried chicken sandwich at his Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York before growing into a restaurant concept of its own. And Raiders fans can now get a taste inside Allegiant Stadium.

Fuku specializes in crispy fried chicken sandwiches and tenders. Its signature O.G. pairs crispy brined chicken with Fuku Mayo and pickles on a butter-toasted potato roll. Other Fuku locations take that basic formula in various directions, with sweet and spicy sauces, slaw and other toppings.

Stadium offerings can vary, but the combination of fried chicken and football doesn’t require much explanation. Chang is also represented in the Neon Feast dining guide by Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
