This Vegas-born concept comes from celebrity chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken, the team behind one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas, Border Grill. BBQ Mexicana takes them in a slightly different direction, combining Mexican flavors with traditional American barbecue.

The 12-hour Smoked Brisket Burrito packs red rice, black beans, chipotle coleslaw, Mexican cheese and BBQ potatoes into a tortilla. Other stadium offerings include a Sonoran-style Brisket Chili Hot Dog, Baby Back Rib Torta Sliders, chicharrónes and BBQ tortilla chips with guacamole.

Feniger and Milliken also operate Border Grill and Pacha Mamas inside Allegiant Stadium. Their flagship Border Grill is nearby at Mandalay Bay.
