For a taste of the coolest block of Fremont Street, within Allegiant Stadium, you need to grab a slice from Evel Pie. They’ve scaled back on the offerings a bit for the football crowd, as most vendors do. But there are still three takes on their signature New York street style pizza.

The basic Cheesy Rider is a tribute to their namesake, and patron saint, Las Vegas legend Evel Knievel. Of course you can get it with cup & char pepperoni. And you don’t need to be a vegan to enjoy the Vegan 420, made with plant-based mozzarella, and topped with a trio of mushrooms: portobello, shiitake and button.
