Thirteen-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani is an icon in the pizza world, and many would call him the G.O.A.T. His two Las Vegas Pizza Rocks — Downtown and at Green Valley Ranch — are hugely popular among the experts we surveyed for Neon Feast.

Gemignani is now Allegiant Stadium’s official pizzamaker, and his numerous stadium locations, previously split between Pizza Rock and Slice House, have been consolidated under the Pizza Rock banner.

While his full-service restaurants are known for a huge variety of pizza styles, the Allegiant locations have traditionally focused on New York and Sicilian-style pizzas. Some stands also offer stadium fare such as wings, fries and salads, while the larger Pizza Rock operations in the club areas have an expanded menu. Offerings can vary by location and event.
