Plant Power, an all-vegan fast food franchise hailing from California, opened its first out-of-state doors in October 2021 in Las Vegas. Known for eats like the Big Zac (a vegan take on McDonald’s Big Mac), the fast-casual restaurant located in the Northwest valley is the first vegan fast-food of its kind in the city.

Unlike other fast food joints, Plant Power’s food is 100 percent cholesterol-free, as well as free of artificial flavors, colors, hydrogenated oils and high-fructose corn syrup. Healthier than other fast food spots? Yes. Healthy? Nah. But, you’re not there to eat healthy. You’re there for the juicy (yes, juicy) housemade vegan burgers, chick’n tenders, breakfast sandwiches and shakes.
