El Dorado Cantina Restaurant and Bar (Multiple Locations)
The first El Dorado Cantina Restaurant and Bar was opened in 2014, next to the largest strip club in Las Vegas, just a half mile from The Strip. Open 24/7, the restaurant's menu combines organic and non-GMO ingredients with authentic Mexican cuisine inspired by regional recipes.
Street and signature tacos, enchiladas, taquitos, queso fundido, and fajitas are just some of the items available. For those who just love burgers, its Mexican Burger is topped with Oaxacan and Monterey Jack cheese, crispy bacon, spicy grilled peppers, and onions topped with fresh guacamole and chipotle ranch on a brioche bun. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-friendly and spicy choices are available.
