Bagel Café (Del Mar Deli)

When Bagel Café opened its original location in 1996, the surrounding area was desert and new construction around the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa. But New York transplants Savvas and Shari Andrews wanted to bring an authentic family-owned New York deli to the southwest and opened their original café in the northwest (which is still going strong).

The Bagel Café bakes and delivers bagels to Del Mar Deli at the South Point. For an authentic New York deli experience, it is not surprising that it is the overwhelming choice of so many experts to go for bagels and deli.

Still owned and operated by the family, this spot has been selected as "Best of Bagels" by several experts. The menu includes 21 bagel varieties and 12 schmears from which to choose.
