Bramàre Inspired Italian
Bramàre means “crave” in Italian. And with service until 1 a.m., this restaurant is perfect for those craving late-night dining. Moreover, the décor creates a sexy, romantic ambience that’s perfect for the midnight hours, with hanging wicker basket lights, exposed ductwork, black brick walls and black banquettes.
The menu comes from the extremely creative Executive Chef Joe Valdez, who also oversees the kitchen at Henderson’s Table 34. Gluten-free funghi fritti (fried mushrooms) come with garlic and chili sauce. The massive Skull Island prawns are offered with pasta and frutti de mare broth. And the tagliatelle is topped with wild boar ragu, sage, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
The pizza selection really highlights the chef's creativity. There’s salami with olives and cashew. A ‘nduja pie comes with mushrooms, pecorino and buffalo mozzarella. You can get beef cheeks with goat cheese, potato and sofrito. And chicken pizzas feature Valdez's own spin on hot honey.
The bar features a bevy of wines (primarily from Italy, but with some international flair), as well as a fantastic whiskey collection and some intriguing specialty cocktails. And Vegas Revealed host Dayna Roselli, who loves to eat at the restaruant's bar, calls the espresso martini “maybe the best I’ve ever had.”
For dessert, try the “Something” Like Tiramisu: tiramisu cream, espresso syrup, and Italian grissini breadsticks.
