Fine Company

Summerlin Location

Brought to life by Chef Roy Ellamar, previously the chef-owner of Harvest by Roy Ellamar at Bellagio, Fine Company is billed as the "every day, anytime’ dining destination in the heart of Downtown Summerlin.” The menu reflects the same outlook, offering Brunch, All Day, Fine Time (happy hour) and Dinner.

With dishes such as Brown Butter Pancakes, Apple Pie French Toast, Porchetta Sandwich and Braised Short Ribs, it’s easy to see why journalist Janna Karel loves Fine Company for its comfort food. (And you won't want to miss Mom’s Banana Bread, topped with wildflower honey, good butter and sea salt -- Divine!) Kids choices include fishy sticks and grilled cheezy. And there are plant-based options.

Dig deep into the menus, however, to can see how Chef Roy’s culinary history allows him to pepper Hawaiian and Asian influences with tricks he picked up during his personal travel experiences. So don't overlook the crispy-skin Norwegian Salmon, the whipped feta & olives, and the persimmon and prosciutto.

The setting is warm and inviting, with wood surfaces, green plants, and comfortable seating, allowing for a leisurely brunch, a business lunch, or a romantic dinner. Put it all together, and it’s no wonder why writer Emmy Kasten and social media marketing manager Emily Romero consider it the best new restaurant in 2023.
