B.S. Taqueria

$ $

Ray Garcia's B.S. Taqueria is one of two full-service, sit-down restaurants inside the Sundry food hall at UnCommons. It's a smaller, more modest operation than ¡VIVA!, the chef's Strip restaurant at Resorts World, but the robust array of Mexican cuisine is just as good, if not better in some cases. Options range from a bright bluefin tuna tostada to tacos (with the swordfish being a standout) and a bone-in pork shank sliced into crispy carnitas.

The bar program is truly something special. Thrillist's Rob Kachelriess called it the "best bar for Mexican spirits in Las Vegas," featuring an impressive lineup of small-batch, artisanal, additive-free tequilas, mezcals, and sotols. Ask about unfamiliar sips like raicilla, bacanora and xtabentún. If you prefer cocktails, try the Holy Mole!, a mezcal Negroni with mole-infused Campari.

B.S. Taqueria has Taco Tuesday specials and a private dining room that hosts occasional special events. Unlike the main food hall at the Sundry, it's only open during dinner hours.
