Stanton Social Prime
Stanton Social Prime, the latest Vegas restaurant by Food Network favorite Chris Santos, offers up an indulgent menu, striking the right balance between comfort food familiarity and over-the-top presentations. Steaks are the star of the show, especially a 64-ounce bone-in Tomahawk, torched with cognac and served with Kobe fat drippings. Inventive touches are further seen in crab cakes styled after corn dogs and French Onion Soup dumplings, a staple of the original Stanton Social in New York. Save room for dessert with the Movie Theater Sundae (ice cream, bananas, and caramel in a popcorn bag).
Typical of restaurants under the Tao Group banner, Stanton Social Prime is closed off to the chaos of the casino floor, which adds a sense of mystery and seclusion to the dining experience. It's one of the reasons Vegas food writer Danica Stockton named it a top Date Night spot and Emily Romero of EatMeLasVegas singled it out for people watching.
